As the upcoming general elections draw near, political parties in telangana are gearing up for the electoral battleground. The ruling congress party, aiming to surpass its achievements in the previous assembly elections, and BRS, led by kcr, seeking redemption from the setbacks in the assembly polls, are both strategizing for the impending lok sabha elections.

KCR, the former chief minister of telangana and leader of BRS, is devising a new election campaign to maximize seats in the Parliament. Recovering from health challenges, kcr, who sustained injuries during the telangana assembly elections, is contemplating a unique approach to the lok sabha campaign. Considering the delicate state of his health, there are indications that he may campaign in a wheelchair.

KCR had fractured his hip bone in a bathroom slip, leading to surgery and a subsequent period of recovery. Despite ongoing recuperation, kcr is actively involved in guiding party leaders, including ktr and Harish, in preparations for the lok sabha elections. While kcr is gradually regaining mobility, full recovery may take additional time, prompting considerations for a campaign in a wheelchair. Despite physical constraints, kcr is determined to lead whirlwind tours across parliamentary constituencies, emulating the strategy of swift one-meeting setups used in the past.

The decision to campaign in a wheelchair is reminiscent of mamata Banerjee's approach in the previous West bengal elections, where garnering sympathy played a significant role in her political narrative. Observers suggest that kcr, too, is contemplating leveraging a similar strategy to connect with voters in telangana during the upcoming lok sabha elections.
