If the officer gets summons, read the major decisions of Soren govt

The cabinet of hemant Soren government of jharkhand has approved an SOP on tuesday (January 9) regarding the summons of the investigating agency. Under the newly created SOP, if an officer receives a summons, he will have to inform the cabinet and Vigilance Department through his department head. This SOP is for those investigating agencies which do not belong to the state. This SOP has been issued at a time when ED has issued summons to CM's press Advisor abhishek Chaudhary and Sahibganj Deputy Commissioner Ramniwas Yadav.


Cabinet decisions


Approval of the facility of laptop/tablet (either one) to all the officers of indian Administrative service below the level of Post Joint Secretary and below Additional Secretary of other services in the state of Jharkhand.

Administrative approval of only ₹ 456.6261 crore for Palamu Pipeline Irrigation Scheme to provide drinking water and irrigation water as per requirement in various reservoirs/water bodies through underground pipeline in Palamu district.

Administrative approval of ₹ 44,45,87,900 for widening, strengthening and reconstruction work by transferring 7.200 KM from Coal Turn to Chhota Mohanpur Bhaya Paikpara Path under Pakur district from Rural Works Department to Road Construction Department.

Revised administrative approval of ₹86 crore was given for the widening and strengthening/reconstruction work of 19.250 KM stretch from Hoor Mod to Daltenganj data-border under Road Division, Garhwa and revised administrative approval of ₹126 crore was given for the widening and strengthening work of 4 lane 6.70 KM stretch from Namkum to Doranda road under Ranchi.

Revised administrative approval of ₹ 30 crore was given for Widening and Existing RUB (Rail Under Bridge) Bridge no.-1, Gaya Bridge fo Railway at Km 12.00 of NH-32 at dhanbad under dhanbad Municipal Corporation.

Administrative approval of only ₹ 61 crore for widening, strengthening and reconstruction work of "Vikrampur to Maharo Bhaya Kalidaspur, Siulidanga Road 9.530 KM and improvement of riding quality of Khunti-Torpa-Kolebira Road 26.055 KM under Pakur district" Administrative approval of only ₹ 30 crore

Approval of the total estimated expenditure of ₹ 60 crore for the acquisition of total 25.04 acres of land currently identified for acquisition for the runway expansion of Bodo airport located at Giridih and the acquisition of 17.97 acres of raiyat land included in it.
