Recently the bail application of Jet Airways founder naresh Goyal, accused of fraud of Rs 538 crore in Canara bank, was heard by the Enforcement Directorate on Saturday. naresh Goyal's bail application was heard before Special Judge MG Deshpande.

Meanwhile during the hearing, the founder of Jet Airways folded his hands in the court and said that he had lost hope of life. He said that it would be better to die than to live in this situation. Goyal told the court that his health had deteriorated greatly. 70 year old Goyal said that he also misses his wife a lot. Goyal said that his wife is in bed. He has a daughter and she is also unwell.

Furthermore Goyal also told the court about his health, wife's illness and other problems. After listening to Goyal, Special Judge MG Deshpande assured him not to leave the accused destitute. Also said that his mental and physical health will be taken care of as much as possible. Also they will be treated. After this, the court directed his lawyers to take steps regarding his health. It is noteworthy that ED had arrested Jet Airways founder naresh Goyal on september 1 last year in the Canara bank fraud case. Goyal is currently in judicial custody in Arthur Road Jail. ED has also given its reply on his bail application. Now the next hearing in this case will be held on january 16.
