The central government has announced the guidelines after the discovery of JN.1 covid transgenic strain in kerala and the number of cases increasing day by day. The number of Covid cases is increasing in India. There is already a fear of a Covid wave in some countries including America. Although the number of cases is increasing in india, there is no alarming situation. But a new strain of Covid JN.1 has been detected in Kerala. Not only this, there have also been deaths due to Covid. The number of covid cases in other states is also on the rise. Following this, the central health department has published guidelines. In the previous waves of Covid, the central government had announced strict guidelines. Now the guidelines are published according to the situation.


All state and union governments have been instructed to follow the Covid guidelines. Earlier instructions including masks and social distancing have been given this time as well. Important caution is advised. No one needs to worry about the covid virus. But there is a need to be cautious, the Center said in its guidelines.


The state government in karnataka has already published the Covid guidelines. Masks have been made mandatory for those above 60 years of age. Many measures including covid testing have been implemented. The state government has clarified that there is no need for data-border restrictions due to the increasing number of Covid infections in Kerala. But it has been suggested to increase the number of Covid tests in Karnataka. Those with symptoms of infection have been advised to undergo compulsory examination at government hospitals.


The government has decided to check the Covid situation in the state by increasing the number of tests in hospitals.. If it is known that the cases of infection are increasing, the state government has decided to hold a meeting to implement strict restrictions.
