The madras high court has ordered action against Edappadi Palaniswami if there is any involvement in the case related to the violence in the AIADMK office.


Meanwhile Edappadi Palaniswami was selected as the interim general secretary in the AIADMK general committee meeting on July 11 last year. Later, OPS and his supporters were expelled from the party. OPS went to the AIADMK head office in Rayapetta on the day of the General Assembly. Then a fierce conflict broke out between OPS and EPS supporters. The place was riotous as people pelted stones at each other. In this regard, Edappadi Palaniswami's C.V. O. Panneerselvam lodged a complaint with the Rayapetta police that Shanmugam had broken the lock of the AIADMK head office and taken many things including property documents, RC books and computers from the vehicles.


Moreover JCD prabhakar, an OPS supporter, had lodged a complaint at the Rayapetta police station that the goons had attacked them on the advice of Edappadi Palaniswami. In it, Edappadi Palaniswami, C.V. He had demanded action against Shanmugam, D. nagar satya and others. In this case, JCD prabhakar petitioned the madras high court to take appropriate action on his complaint. When the case came up for hearing earlier, Judge GK Elandraiyan conducted an inquiry into JCD Prabhakar's complaint and directed the CBCID police to take appropriate action within two weeks if there is any evidence.
