Sekar Chandra

Reportedly elections are going to be held on 40 seats of Mizoram assembly on 7th November. The state’s ruling Mizo

National Front (MNF) party is in a tough contest with Zoram People’s Movement (ZPM) and Congress. Here

bjp has also entered the field with full force. Meanwhile, congress has released a video of parliamentary party

president sonia gandhi, in which she is appealing to the people of Mizoram to vote in favor of the party. At the

same time, the ruling MNF led by chief minister Zoramthanga is trying hard to capture power once again. At the

same time, Zoram People's Movement (ZPM), which was a part of the coalition government, is also showing full

strength, while congress is trying to gain power in the state.

bjp is also trying its best

bjp is also trying its best in the election battle of Mizoram. Since getting statehood in 1987, only two parties,

congress and MNF, have been ruling in Mizoram. Before the ruling MNF, there was a congress government

here. Democracy is in danger throughout the country

Many big leaders of bjp are contesting elections in Mizoram. In such a situation, from congress leader Rahul

Gandhi to sonia gandhi, all the veteran Congressmen have become attackers on BJP. Taking aim at former

President sonia gandhi, she said that because of bjp and RAS, democracy is in danger not only in Mizoram and

North india but in the entire country. Not only does he not give importance to diversity, he also does not give

importance to democracy and dialogue.
