SIBY JEYYA
The Cyberabad police issued a strong warning to the organizers on friday in light of the telugu Desam Party's (TDP) plans for more rallies against the arrest of former andhra pradesh chief minister N chandrababu naidu in the Information technology corridor scandal in Hyderabad. According to Sundeep, the Deputy Commissioner of police (DCP) for madhapur, no permission has been granted for the tdp and IT workers' planned demonstration in and around madhapur on friday and Saturday.

The DCP issued a warning that serious legal action would be taken against participants and those spreading messages about the protests on social media platforms if there were any infractions. On friday night, IT workers and tdp officials will hold an hour-long protest at the manikonda Marrichettu crossroads. Along with techies, they have scheduled an automobile rally for saturday on the Outer Ring Road (ORR). The entry point for the car rally is Nanakramguda Tollgate. It will go at a speed of 60 kilometers on the ORR. The car rally is scheduled to take place from 1 to 5 p.m.

Another protest by the party is scheduled for saturday night at IIIT Junction within the jurisdiction of Gachibowli police Station. On wednesday and thursday, protests were held in the IT centers of Gachibowli and madhapur by some tdp supporters and a group of IT professionals. On wednesday, a sizable demonstration with the slogan "I am with CBN" was staged at wipro Circle.

However, the demonstration at Cyber Tower in madhapur was put down on thursday by the Cyberabad police. A number of young people who had gathered in the bustling area for a lunchtime protest were either arrested by the police or told to go back. Last Monday, andhra pradesh CID detained Naidu in connection with the multi-million dollar Skill Development Corporation scandal. He has been placed in judicial custody for 14 days by a vijayawada court. As a leader who helped place hyderabad on the map of the world's IT industry by luring major multinational corporations here, Naidu, who earlier served as chief minister of undivided andhra pradesh for close to ten years, has the backing of techies working for a variety of organizations.
