Telangana CM KCR sanctions over Rs 295 crore to Medak district

On Wednesday, medak district's chief minister, K Chandrashekhar Rao, allotted Rs. 195.35 crore for the development of facilities in both urban and rural local bodies. From the Chief Minister's Special Fund, 469 gramme panchayats received a total of Rs. 15 lakh each, while Narsapur, Ramayampet, and Toopran municipalities received a total of Rs. 25 crore each. For the development of the medak municipality, an additional Rs. 50 crore were allocated.
Chandrashekhar Rao disclosed a new income division for Ramayampet during the public meeting held here. Along with providing his approval to the planned Outer Ring Road for medak town, he also approved two government degree institutions at Ramayampet and Thaudupally. Additionally, he authorised the allocation of Rs. 100 crore for the conversion of the Edupayala shrine into a tourist attraction.
He described medak MLA Padma Devender reddy as his daughter and claimed to have always complied with her wishes for the growth of the district. "One cannot refuse your daughter," one said. I implore people to secure her reelection with twice the number of votes as in previous elections and to ensure the district's continued growth," he added. Stay tuned for more updates.
