Will BJP get success due to Irani’s work?
In response to this question, on the condition of anonymity, a local journalist of Amethi says- Irani has been
constantly in touch with the people of Amethi. It is also a fact that there is definitely some shortcoming in the
present mp or MLA.
Amethi seat has been considered a popular seat due to its association with the gandhi family. Now the discussion
of this seat has remained less. Still a large section believes that if Rahul gandhi contests the election, he will win.
In 2014, uma bharti was asked to contest from Amethi, but it did not happen. Irani took this risk and she won.
Even though she lost in 2014, but since then there has been discussion about Irani on this seat. She is constantly
connected with the people here. Which will benefit bjp in this election.
In Irani rural areas women keep coming to eat rice milk with them. This is a tradition. In this, it is believed that
by doing this, the wishes of women are fulfilled. Irani has made her hold among the people of every village. BJP
has full faith in Irani, so this time BJP's target is Rae Bareli.
Senior journalist Om Prakash Ashk said that after winning in 2014, Irani and the central government distributed
checks covering the first year's installment of Rs 12 under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana for 25,000
people. He announced that the fertilizer rake which was till now available only in Rae bareli would now reach
Amethi. Irani herself has been saying in her speeches that I have fulfilled the three promises [fertilizer rake, rail
connectivity and insurance for the poor].
Analysts also say that Irani's activity in Amethi has also helped to deflect attention from the controversies she has
been embroiled in since becoming the Human Resource Development Minister. She has been able to reach out to
the local people in Amethi to a great extent, which will help the bjp in the elections.
