Later the news came that a bjp leader had died. bihar bjp leaders alleged that bjp worker Vijay Singh (BJP leader Vijay Singh) of Jehanabad died due to police lathi charge. In a hurry, the police started the investigation. Late on thursday, the SSP of Patna, while giving evidence in this case, made it clear that the death did not happen due to lathicharge or stampede.
Patna SSP rajeev Mishra said that on the basis of the statement of Bharat prasad Chandravanshi, the companion of the deceased Vijay Singh, the CCTV footage of the area has been examined. It is learned from this that Vijay Singh is going from gandhi Maidan's JP Golambar towards Chajjubagh, which is separate from Dak Bungalow Road, at 1.22 pm. An empty rickshaw is seen in front of Durga Apartment on the same way at 1:27. By this rickshaw, he reaches tara Hospital at 1.32 am. It takes about five minutes by rickshaw to reach tara Hospital from Durga Apartment near the spot where the incident took place.
