People in many parts of the country have been protesting for the past few weeks demanding proper access to gas. It has been reported that there is traffic congestion in the area.
Meanwhile, in front of cooking gas sales outlets in the city in many cities, pedestrians are facing great difficulties due to empty gas cylinders stacked in long queues for several days. Hoteliers in Hatton have placed cooking gas cylinders long distances on the sidewalk and tied them to each other with ropes, as Litro has announced that cooking gas will be distributed in Hutton, Nuwara Eliya.
Pedestrians are thus greatly affected. It has been pointed out that the elderly in particular are greatly affected.
Market Distribution:
In this regard, Litro said that 50,000 gas containers will be distributed in the market today. In addition, 80,000 gas containers will be distributed in the market tomorrow, said Vijitha Herath, chairman of the company.
