Kejariwal's new scheme: vaccination at polling stations?

Arvind Kejriwal, the delhi chief minister, announced on monday the government's decision to begin mass vaccination at booth level in an organised way in the capital city. "Jahan Vote, Wahan Vaccination" is the campaign's tagline. We will advise individuals to get vaccinated at their assigned voting booths as part of this campaign. Vaccination will be done down the street as soon as possible.


The government plans to vaccinate everyone over the age of 45 in the next four weeks, according to the chief minister. According to the delhi CM, out of 57 lakh persons aged 45 and over, 27 lakh had received the first dosage of the vaccine. At polling stations, people will now get anti-Covid vaccinations. And people who are unable to come to the polling station will be considered and the vaccination will be given to them by visiting their homes.

As of now, delhi recorded the lowest ever cases during the last three months. With 381 covid cases in the last 24 hours, the positivity rate for corona has been declined to 0.5% percentage. Under the Unlock initiative of the government, delhi has resumed the metro services with a 50 per cent seating capacity.
