LV Subrahmanyam found not guilty in Emaar scam case

LV Subrahmanyam, Senior IAS officer acquitted  in the Emaar scam case that emerged during the regime of YS Rajasekhara Reddy in erstwhile AP. Court quashed the CBI case against theLV Subrahmanyam saying there was no clear evidence LV Subrahmanyam, was the  implementing officer of the decision taken by the council of ministers and court believs his decision had not made the other accused in the case benefit in any manner,  Justice B Siva Sankara Rao was hearing the petition filed by Subrahmanyam, He was the vice-chairman and managing director of AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation and current special chief secretary (Sports and Youth Advancement) in the AP government, seeking quashing of the case registered against him   in Emaar scam. He was as MD in APIIC between September 2003 and May 2005.
