New decision to special status: Sujana Chowdary
Sources have revealed as per latest report that the Union minister of state for Science and Technology Y Sujana Chowdary has given a new definition to Special status for which the opposition’s parties have catapulted agitations in Andhra Pradesh.
He has said compared the demand for special status
with the disbanded Telegram services and the special package as high speed
email service and has asked whether we can receive anyone send telegram to us
when the whole services were shot forever in the country and in the fast changing
world, email has been emerged as an alternative to telegram.
The minister also said the patient should use
medicines prescribed by the doctor only, but here, centre has come forward with
a big package to address all the issues facing by the residuary state and the
union government would provide 100% financial assistance to all the packages
including Polavaram project, declared under special package.
He has also said special package is more useful
than special status to Andhra Pradesh to overcome the obstacles in achieving
holistic development. Special status is being given to the states located in
the hill regions and at international data-borders only and has economics is more
important for Andhra Pradesh than the sentiments and some political forces were
instigating people on special status for their political benefits.
