Attempt to kill TDP leader resembled faction film?
People cannot forget high voltage action entertainers with faction backdrop in Tollywood films. Now a murder attempt on the ruling TDP leader in Andhra Pradesh resembled a faction film. The spine chilling incident happened in Guntur.
TDP leader Babu Rao is the counselor in Narasaraopeta municipality,Guntur district.His opponents hatched a plan to eliminate him and go ready with cars. Babu Rao unaware of the developments went to Karmel Mata utsava in Firangipur and was returning home on bike on Friday night.
At the same time rivals attacked him and Babu Rao who realised the murderous attack about to happen on him increased the accelerator of his bike. However his rivals started chasing him in cars and near Narasaraopet they hit his bike with the cars.
He fell down and under the impression that he died, they left him on the spot. Babu Rao who was severely injured informed his family members who shifted him to nearby hospital. Currently he is getting treatment and it is not known who attacked Babu Rao. Police registered case and are investigating the incident.
