Sooraj Barjatya Interview: Filmmaker sooraj barjatya is once again returning to the small screen. This time with his new show 'Manpasand Ki Shaadi'. In a special conversation with amar Ujala, apart from this show, he also talked about the films being made with salman khan and Ayushmann Khurrana...

Discussing his new show 'Manpasand Ki Shaadi', sooraj barjatya says, 'I had a thought in my mind for a long time. I wanted to make a story in which the views of today's children and marriage are presented.The channel people came to me with a year's research, in which boys and girls from small towns were asked what kind of marriage they wanted. From there, the concept of 'Manpasand Ki Shaadi' was formed.' Barjatya further said, 'Today's children say - we will choose our partner ourselves, but do not want to elope and get married. We will make a list, check it, then introduce them to their parents and also fulfill our responsibilities. This thinking is the foundation of this show.

Barjatya believes that the structure of the family has changed with time, but not its importance. He said, 'Today, if I think that 15-20 people live in the same house, then perhaps it will be a big thing for many people. Today, families may have become smaller, but they still have their importance. Rakhi is still celebrated. Weddings also have their importance. Nothing has changed.'

About the pressure of TRP on TV, Sooraj said, 'The pressure of TRP is a part of your work, but doing fake drama just to increase TRP does not last long. If the story is presented well, it brings its own TRP.'

When asked if he would work with salman khan again, he said, " I will work with salman khan again? sooraj barjatya said, 'We are trying our best to make salman a part of our upcoming film. Work is also going on on the story. However, the truth is that it is easy for salman Bhai to do action, but if he has to be brought in a family film, then it is important to have a story according to his age and image. We want that when 'Prem' returns, he reaches the hearts of the audience in the true sense, so the story is being worked on meticulously, and it is taking some time.'

At the same time, when asked about the next film being made with Ayushmann Khurrana, sooraj barjatya said, 'It is a romantic comedy. In this, Ayushmann will play the character of 'Prem'. Sharvari Wagh will join the shooting in December, and anupam kher will also be a part of the cast. I am starting the shooting this November. Ayushmann is a very nice and down-to-earth person. However, it is too early to talk about this film right now. For now, fans will have to wait a bit, but believe me, the announcement is going to be made soon.'
