The accused Shariful Islam Shahzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir is 30 years old and is a resident of Bangladesh. Currently, the accused is on 14-day police remand and during this time he is being questioned. The accused has made many shocking revelations during police interrogation and has said that before attacking Saif's house, he had done recce of many other stars' houses. It was easy to enter Saif's building, so he chose the actor's house.
