Amitabh Bachchan has made a staggering profit of 168% by selling his luxurious duplex apartment in Mumbai's Oshiwara area.
The duplex is situated on 1.55 acres in the center of Oshiwara in The Atlantis, a high-end residential project created by Crystal Group. According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the premium duplex apartment boasts a built-up area of 529.94 sqm, a carpet area of 5,185.62 sqft, and a spacious terrace measuring 445.93 sqm. The property also includes six mechanized car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs 4.98 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
The vibrant Oshiwara neighborhood in western mumbai is well-known for its proximity to the Lokhandwala Complex and its exciting nightlife. The location also has great road connections and is accessible to the mumbai Metro.
