Allu Arjun: Big relief to allu arjun in sandhya theater stampede case, gets regular bail in local court
A hyderabad court has granted regular bail to actor allu arjun in connection with the ongoing investigation into the death of a 35-year-old woman in a stampede during the screening of pushpa 2 at a theater.
A few days ago, allu arjun appeared virtually before the court in the sandhya theater stampede case registered against his team and theater management. The actor had to appear before the court for further proceedings after the expiry of the 14-day judicial custody period on december 27. His bail plea was scheduled to be heard at the nampally District court on december 31, but the hearing was postponed till january 3. Today, allu arjun has finally got regular bail from the court.
Following the incident, a case was registered against allu arjun, his security team, and the theatre management under various sections of the indian Justice Code (BNS) at the Chikkadpally police station based on a complaint by the deceased woman's family. Allu arjun was arrested by the police on december 13 in connection with the woman's death. The telangana High court granted him four weeks' interim bail on the same day and he was released from hyderabad jail on december 14. Allu Arjun was released on bail on a bond of Rs 50,000.
