Big B wrote on his blog, 'Another sunday passed... and the abstinence from food that I was deliberately avoiding, was broken due to unavoidable circumstances... The belief was that maybe psychologically I was doing the right thing, but after checking with experts, it was found that it had nothing to do with my assumption.' He said, 'It is a matter of relief... many times what we think or believe is beneficial for us, turns out to be medically negative... and the whole world suddenly feels much better... It is best to consult before taking a decision on what is good for the body or not... Medicine and doctors have knowledge... we follow it... and implement it and, yes... they were right and we were wrong.'
