Yuvan Shankar Raja Revamps "Whistle Podu" After Fan Feedback
Music director Yuvan shankar Raja is enjoying the success of his latest project, The Greatest of All Time (GOAT), directed by venkat Prabhu. In a recent interview, Yuvan shared an interesting behind-the-scenes story about the track "Whistle Podu," which initially received mixed reviews from fans.
Recognizing the feedback, Yuvan decided to rework the music for the song, and his efforts paid off—after the changes, "Whistle Podu" became a chartbuster, amassing over 74 million views. Sung by Thalapathy Vijay and Yuvan himself, with lyrics by Madhan Karky, the track has resonated widely with audiences.
Looking ahead, Yuvan is set to perform live on october 12 at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex. He expressed excitement about the concert, stating that the setlist would include fan-favorite songs and new ventures. "Fans are very sensitive, and it is only through their emotions that I can create good music for the show," he noted.
Ticket prices for the concert range from Rs 500 to Rs 25,000, with plans to sell 20,000 tickets while ensuring robust security arrangements for attendees.
