He is a resident of Fatehabad, Haryana. A team of mumbai Crime Branch arrested the accused from his hometown on monday evening. Today, accused Harpal Singh was presented in Kia court, where the court has sent him to police custody for nine days till May 22. Whereas accused Harpal Singh had called accused Mohammed Rafiq Chaudhary to haryana and given him Rs 5 lakh. After this, Mohammad Chaudhary gave this amount to shooters Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal.
Six accused arrested so far

The officer said that another Bishnoi gang member and accused Mohammad Rafiq Chaudhary had exposed Singh's involvement in the case during interrogation. police had arrested Rafiq Chaudhary earlier this month. police said that Singh had asked Choudhary to do recce around salman Khan's residence and had also given him Rs 2 to 3 lakh for this work. The names of lawrence Bishnoi and his younger brother Anmol Bishnoi, currently lodged in Sabarmati Central Jail in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have come up in the firing case. It is believed that Anmol is in America or Canada.
