Mobile ban in schools

Apart from this, no one will take mobile phones inside the school. Even if someone takes it by mistake, they will have to submit it to the principal. Giving the reasoning behind this, he has said that teachers in schools keep watching share market and what not on mobile all day long. teachers remain entangled in it. This harms children's education. He said that mobile has become like a disease.

The education Minister also said that the state government is considering making the uniform of students in all private and government schools of the state the same.
