There is a lot of excitement about Nitish Tiwari's next magnum opus, Ramayana. The casting is already stellar, with reports circulating that Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and yash will portray Lord Rama, Sita, and Ravana, respectively. However, the most recent report takes things to a whole new level: two oscar winners are contributing to the soundtrack!

India's musical virtuoso A.R. rahman had previously announced to write the soundtrack for the movie. According to recent speculations, rahman and hollywood superstar Hans Zimmer—known for his memorable soundtracks for the films Interstellar, Dune: Part One, and Inception—may collaborate. Audiences may expect an unmatched musical experience thanks to this teamwork.

Even though the Ramayana tale has been recounted numerous times, Nitish Tiwari's interpretation appears especially expansive. The film, which is expected to be a three-part epic, is said to start filming in mumbai next month. The first installment will be released on diwali in 2025. This Ramayana looks and sounds like a visual and aural extravaganza with its superb cast, iconic music duet, and ambitious data-size.

On the other hand, to dispel some and validate other intriguing rumours, an official statement about this Ramayana is probably going to be made on april 27
