Operation valentine hit the big screens on march 1, with much anticipation from the audience. Unfortunately, it failed to leave a lasting impression at the box office. They shared a striking image of the lead actor varun Tej and tweeted, “They risked it all to honour the fallen, witness the operation come alive! #OperationValentineOnPrime, watch now.”

Dubbed as an action thriller, Operation valentine draws inspiration from the events surrounding the Pulwama terrorist attack and the subsequent indian Air Force response in 2019. Directed by debutant filmmaker shakti Pratap Singh Hada, the film marks varun Tej’s debut in Bollywood, with Manushi Chhillar making her foray into telugu cinema. The ensemble cast includes Navdeep, Paresh Pahuja, ruhani sharma and Mir Sarwar, among others. Produced by sandeep Mudda under the banners of sony Pictures and Renaissance Pictures, the film features music by Mickey J Meyer, cinematography by hari K Vedantam and editing by naveen Nooli. The screenplay is credited to shakti Pratap Singh Hada, Aamir Nahid Khan and siddharth Rajkumar.
