It has been more than a week since ajay Devgan and R Madhavan's psycho thriller film 'Shaitan' was released. According to Sacknilk, the film has earned Rs 79.75 crore within a week. The film is now earning on the 8th day and looking at the initial earning figures, it seems as if even after the release of films like 'Yodha' and 'Bastar The Naxal Story', there is not going to be much impact on the earning figures of this film. On the contrary, it may also happen that this may make the film's earnings figures even more positive. Here we know the reasons on the basis of which 'Shaitan' can once again pick up the pace in its earnings as soon as it enters the second weekend.

Despite competition with two films, 'Shaitan' can take advantage

Siddharth Malhotra's big budget film 'Yodha' and adah Sharma's film 'Bastar The Naxal Story' have been released on march 15. Both the films have received mixed reviews. Some have rated the films as excellent and some as inferior. So the same 'Satan' seems to be winning in this matter. Because reviewers and audiences have already called it a great film. Most of the people gave positive reviews of ajay Devgan's film.

So where it was believed that the arrival of a new film could cause harm to the old film, that theory does not fit here. Because even after spending more than a week, if competitor films of a great film are released, then the old film starts getting the benefit of word of mouth. And as far as 'Shaitan' is concerned, whoever is watching this film is praising it. So if these two recently released films do not get the benefit of 'Agar' word of mouth, then R madhavan and ajay Devgan's film can directly benefit from it.

If we look at the collection of the 8th day of the film, the decline that could have been seen did not happen. The film has collected almost equal to the recently released 'Yoddha' on the 8th day, which is a positive sign for a film already released in theatres. If we look at the initial figures, the worst condition is of 'Bastar The Naxal Story'. According to Sacknilk, if we look at the initial figures related to the film's earnings on the first day, it has done a business of only Rs 30 lakh till 9 pm. Whereas Yoddha has earned Rs 3.71 crore and Shaitan has earned Rs 4.19 crore. In this way, Satan's total earnings have crossed Rs 84 crores.

Now the weekend has also started which will affect the earnings of all three films. If people turn more towards theater during holidays, then the earnings of all three will be positively affected. And if we look at the devil's earnings on the eighth day, this positive effect seems to be on the devil the most.
