Hero’s father indirectly mocks Director?

Kollywood legendary director SA chandrasekhar, the father of actor Vijay, has made some controversial statements. SA chandrasekhar expressed his opinions on the directors of this generation, claiming that they lack the fortitude to take criticism. chandrasekhar emphadata-sized the significance of screenplays in filmmaking and criticized filmmakers who rely entirely on star power.
SA chandrasekhar described an event in which he provided constructive input to a filmmaker after seeing a film before it was released. While the director welcomed his remarks on the first half, he allegedly ignored the ideas for changes in the second half, stating he was too busy and would call back later.
"He was happy when I showered compliments on him for the first half, but he told me that he would call me back, which never happened," stated Chandrasekhar.
These remarks have stirred debate in the tamil film industry, particularly about lokesh Kanagaraj's most recent feature, "Leo." Some netizens believe SA chandrasekhar was obliquely referring to the film Leo and its director Lokesh.
SAC discussed the director during the audio premiere of filmmaker Ezhil's Desinghu raja 2, in which Vemal plays the protagonist. The senior filmmaker, who launched Vijay as an actor, stated that a director can only succeed in the profession if he is willing to accept criticism.
He stated, "I saw the first copy of a picture before it was released and contacted the director to express my thoughts. He kept congratulating me as long as I enjoyed the film. But as soon as I started pointing out my faults with the film, he interrupted the conversation, stating he was going to eat and would call later. "But he never called back."
