Who Are Those Biggies Not Allowing Hanuman?

Guntur Kaaram, Hanu Man, Eagle, Saindhav, and Naa Saami Ranga are among the films set to be released on Sankranthi Eve, and word is that ace producer Dil Raju is assigning more screens to Mahesh Babu's film in the Nizam area than others. In the middle of these discussions, Hanu-Man producer Niranjan reddy made a statement.
When asked about Hanu-Man competing with 3-4 biggies and attempting to score, Niranjan reddy responded that he is not concerned about recovering theatrical rights from telugu states. "We sold the telugu states' theatrical rights for 20 crores." Biggies anticipate to recoup 80% of their investment in the first week and weekend, with the remaining 20% recovered in the following weeks. "However, we are optimistic that Hanu Man will begin slowly, but quickly pick up steam, and will have a comfortable run at the box office for 6-8 weeks," said Niranjan Reddy.
At the same time, the producer was disappointed that while garnering significant attention for a picture created with only 70 crores, it did not receive even a quarter of the cinemas that a modest film would normally receive. "Though some exhibitors want to screen Hanu Man on Jan 12th, the biggies are not allowing them to do so" he went on to say. On the other hand, he said, "After the release, we are expecting that Hanu Man will get all the attention and grab theatres too, in a week's time" .
