Ruchita Dhiman: The creation of an out-of-the-box and very humorous hero ‘Menstruation'
Ruchita Dhiman: In corporate, everyone is busy in tearing each other down, and theater teaches everyone to create something new.
Ruchita Dhiman, working as a consultant in the government Education Department of New South wales in australia, would not have imagined even in her dreams that one day she would find herself on stage and that too with the famous hindi cinema actor Shishir Sharma. A little encouragement from Indian-origin theater director Jyotsna Sharma has infused a new enthusiasm, a new courage, and a new positivity in the life of Ruchita Dhiman. Ruchita, who came to mumbai to meet her parents, says, 'Theatre can change any person forever.'

Ruchita, who topped in studies, has been living in australia for more than two decades. Studied there, got married there, and got a job there too. Then one day he saw a notice on social media inviting him to join a drama class. Ruchita says, ‘This is about September. After seeing this information, I decided to participate without thinking anything. The training I received during this period resulted in the creation of an out-of-the-box and very humorous hero ‘Menstruation’. This journey that started as acting in a play became a catalyst of growth after which I understood that we remain bound by the same bonds with which we bind ourselves from all sides. '

Elaborating on this theater experience, Ruchita says, 'In the corporate world that we come across every day, most of the energy of a true human being is spent in fighting the negative forces that do not want to see anyone moving forward. Want. But, the theater is just the opposite. In this, even people who do not know each other come together and make collective efforts to take a goal to its peak. This was the best experience of my life and this year.
Apart from the support she received from Shishir Sharma, Ruchita is also grateful to the play's director Jyotsna Sharma who staged the play in an amphitheater, where directing a play is more challenging than an ordinary theatre. Ruchita has come to india for a few months and is looking for opportunities that can help her continue her acting journey in theater here in Australia
