Actor Chiranjeevi’s latest release failed to impress the audience at the box office. Now according to the latest updates, his upcoming venture is going to be directed by Anil Ravipudi, and reportedly, it is being produced by dil Raju. After Bholaa shankar tanked at the box office, expectations are high for his upcoming projects. Reports further state that dil raju has been trying to work with the veteran actor for some time now and it now seems that his wish has been granted.More reports state that the new film is a comedy entertainer, and the official announcement for the film is going to be made soon. The project is expected to go on floors next year, according to reports. On the other hand, Chiranjeevi’s 156th project is being directed by kalyan Krishna, and the megastar’s daughter Sushmita and her husband are the producers of this film. The story of the film is penned by Dhamaka writer Prasanna Kumar Bezawada.Chiranjeevi announced his 157th project on the occasion of his birthday. It is under the direction of Bimbisara fame Vassishta. The film is under the production of UV Creations, while MM keeravani is handling the music in the film. A poster of the film was also released by the makers on the actor’s birthday.Chiranjeevi’s last film Bholaa shankar was directed by Meher Ramesh. The cast of the film also featured tamannaah bhatia, Keerthy suresh and Sushanth. The producers of the film were Anil sunkara, ramabrahmam sunkara and KS Rama Rao, under the banners of ak entertainments and Creative Commercials. Mahati Swara Sagar composed the music for the film. It was made on a budget of Rs 101 crore, but could only collect Rs 42 crore at the box office. Bholaa shankar is the remake of the tamil film titled Vedalam, which was released in 2015.
