On the occasion of Nagarjuna's birthday, king Akkineni announced two new films today (August 29). Popular choreographer Vijay bunny will serve as the director of "Na Samiranga," an overtly rural mass entertainment piece. In the same order, the producers have officially revealed that Nag will play a powerful role in the Shekhar Kammula-directed film D51.
It is known that national award-winning director Shekhar Kammula will helm a pan-Indian film with kollywood star dhanush as the protagonist. The lead role in this will be played by rashmika Mandanna. The project was recently formally launched with a pooja programme and given the working title #D51. However, there are rumours that nagarjuna will also play a significant part in this film. They issued a statement confirming this and announcing that "power house has been added to the powerful project."The Dhanush-Shekhar Kammula team was the powerhouse we needed for our pan-Indian project.
