Ingredients and preparation of the recipe

One cup of Greek yoghurt, two eggs, chopped garlic, vinegar, butter, and chilli flakes or powder are required as components.
To make, take the yoghurt and combine it thoroughly with a teaspoon of salt and minced garlic in a bowl. It must be well whisked to get a cream-like texture. Set it away for a little while. Now grab a pan and heat the water until it is boiling. Vinegar is added; mix. Crack eggs into a basin next, removing the whites. Place the eggs in the water as soon as it's ready. Using a slotted spoon, prepare the egg, then transfer it to a dish that has been lined with parchment paper.
Then, put a bowl over medium heat, add butter or olive oil, and once it has melted completely, add your choice of chilli powder or flakes. The poached eggs are now done; remove them, place them in the yoghurt bowl, and top with the hot oil.
With your favourite bread, serve the meal. With her poached eggs, Keerthy suresh chose burger bread.
