The box office success of Superstar Prabhas' most recent film, "Salaar," has already been revealed. The makers, however, truly expect considerably larger and riskier sums than what the distributors and some of the top producers of telugu movie offer to them. If some trading reports are to be believed, their aim is now here.
If the distributors pay what kgf producers Hombale Films demand, the first portion of Salaar will only gross 200 crores from telugu states alone, according to trade rumours. As a result of Prashanth Neel, the movie has a sizable kannada market, while prabhas has a sizable bollywood market. Despite the failure of Adipurush, telugu and hindi markets helped the film earn about 400 crores nett, demonstrating Prabhas' true tenacity.
Salaar Part 1 is anticipated to generate 500 crores in revenue from theatre sales alone, all things considered. And Part 2 will undoubtedly add another 500 crore. In all likelihood, only the theatre sales of the two halves of the movie would bring in roughly 1000 crores, and that is what the kgf producers are currently asking for. The film's production costs and table earnings will therefore only be covered by ticket sales at theatres, whereas OTT rights will result in a substantial payout. We must determine whether these figures live up to the audience's expectations and protect the distributors' financial investments.
