Avatar 2 surpasses Spiderman No Way home, hindi audience gave tremendous love

The film 'Avatar The Way of Water' has taken more opening than all the hollywood films released this year in india on its very first day of release. The english version of the film earned the highest collection of Rs 21.70 crore on the first day. The hindi version stood second and collected a total of Rs 11.50 crore nett all over the country. The film has earned Rs 5 crore in Telugu, Rs 2.5 crore in tamil and around Rs 30 lakh in Malayalam.

Looking at the positive response received by the film despite friday being a working day, it seems that the film 'Avatar The Way of Water' will cross the Rs 100 crore mark in the first weekend itself. The first film of this series, 'Avatar', which was released before this, was able to complete this figure in a week. The opening of 'Avatar' was also not so much in india that it could be counted in the top 10 first day earnings of hollywood films released in the country.

The film 'Avengers Endgame' is at number one in the top 10 list of hollywood films' earnings on the first day, replacing the second number film 'Spiderman No Way Home' and now the film 'Avatar the Way of Water' has been captured. With this, the film 'The lion King' is now out of this list. Among the films released in india this year, the film 'KGF 2' has the highest opening day collection of Rs 53.95 crore.
