Shocking..! Actor dhanush caught in a new problem..!?
Actor dhanush has been issued a notice by the madurai high court to file a case against actor dhanush for allegedly filing fake documents. Kathiresan and Meenakshi couple has filed a case in the madurai Magistrate's court alleging that his son had gone to chennai to pursue his life. They have been saying for the last 5 years that their son Kalaiyarasan, who was studying Plus 1 in 2002, has separated from them and he is acting in films under the name Dhanush.
However, the information they claim is not true, so dhanush filed a petition in the madurai high court branch seeking the quashing of the case. During the hearing of the case, both of them had filed the needed Dhanush's birth certificate and also school transfer certificates. At the end of the trial, the madurai high court ordered the cancellation of the case filed by the Kathiresan-Meenakshi couple in court.
Following the rejection of the petition filed by Kathiresan in the madurai high court session, an appeal was filed against actor Dhanush. Melur Kathiresan has filed an appeal in the madurai branch of the high court seeking quashing of the order of the madurai District Judicial Arbitration court dismissed the case asking for an inquiry into the fake documents which was filed on behalf of actor Dhanush.
Actor dhanush has been summoned to respond to the petition. They demanded an order to pay maintenance due to old age and compensation of Rs 68,000 per month. For years, this case is still going on in court without ending. The case has been pending in court for years. But actor dhanush continues to deny all the allegations against him.
