Nagarjuna finds his Lord Balaji?
King Nagarjuna who sometime back entertained with hilarious romantic and sentimental enterainers like Manam and Soggade Chinni Naayana is getting ready to show his spiritual and devotional side. It is known that Nagarjuna is the only star who endeared himself to all by starring in devotional films like Annamayya,Sri Ramadasu and Shirdi Sai under the direction of K.Raghavendra Rao.
Now he is teaming with K.Raghavendra Rao to recreate the spiritual magic. Nagarjuna and K.Raghavenda Rao is coming with a biopic on Hathiram Baba, great devotee of Lord Balaji. Film is titled Om Namo Venkatesa and currently script work is underway.
According to the latest it is comingout that Saurabh Jain, popular TV artist will be playing the role of Lord Bajali. This is surprise decision since in earlier films senior star Suman played Lord Venkateswara role. Saurabh Jain endeared himself to all as Lord Krishna in TV serials like Jai Srikrishna and Mahabharat.
According to sources K.Raghavendra rao and writer JK.Bharavi felt Saurabh fits the role after considering various actors.Vimala Raman will be seen as Goddess Sridevi and hunt is on for actress for the role of Goddess Padmavavthi. Filmmakers are erecting extravagant sets for the film shoot before the regular shooting commences.
