An ideal workspace should be healthy, safe, and conducive to work. Raising the calibre of work is always the main priority in an ideal workplace. Nonetheless, we have to be aware of the culture we are fostering at work. We need to make sure that the workplace is a healthy place for people to work and exercise utmost caution in the culture we are fostering. In addition, happier workers produce work of a much higher calibre.
