Queen Elizabeth never went to school...

Queen Elizabeth II, who ruled britain for almost 7 decades, has passed away. Prior to queen Elizabeth II, her great-great-grandmother queen Victoria ruled britain for 63 years and 7 months. Apart from queen Elizabeth II and queen Victoria, only four monarchs in the history of britain have ruled for 5 decades or more. Let us tell you few things related to the life of queen Elizabeth.

Elizabeth never went to school - Like many royals of her time and earlier, Elizabeth never went to public school and never came into contact with other students. Instead, she took education at home with her younger sister Margaret. Elizabeth's schooling also included horse riding, swimming, dance and music studies.

She was a master of imitation - Elizabeth always presented a serious image of herself and people noticed her flat data-face and her expressionlessness. Bishop Michael Mann, the Queen's domestic chaplain, once said that "the art of doing tomorrow is one of the most enjoyable things the queen can do."

Royal Taxpayer- She may have been a queen, but she has also paid taxes since 1992.

Birthday - April 21, 1926 there was no universally fixed day for her "official birthday" – it was the first, second or third saturday in june and was decided by the government. In australia her birthday was celebrated on the second monday of june, while in canada Elizabeth's birthday was celebrated on or before May 24, the birthday of queen Victoria.
