McDonald's india, a fast food service restaurant, will now give all the information related to nutrition and allergies to its customers. On Thursday, the restaurant service has announced that it will now provide allergy and nutritional information to its customers on its in-store menu as well as on the McDelivery app.
In a statement issued on the occasion of World health Day, it was also told by McDonald's india (West & South) that now artificial colors, preservatives, and flavors have been removed from selected food items.
McDonald's believes that consumers should have easy access to complete nutritional information related to the food items they consume. Today's consumer is cautious about which substances are present in the food items they consume and which are not.
McDonald's has said that to maintain the confidence of its consumers, McD is increasing awareness about the components associated with all its food items. From now on, all information will be written on the pack of all their food items with clean labels.It has also been told that McSpicy Fried chicken, chicken Nuggets, Veg Nuggets, chicken Strips, and Hotcakes will no longer contain any added colors, flavors, and preservatives. Also, McD's fritters and fries will now be available without any artificial additions.
