3. IIT patna to be expanded.
4. Greenfield airports in bihar to be facilitated and patna airport capacity to be expanded to meet the future needs of the state.
5. West Kosi Canal ERM Project: Financial assistance to be provided in the Mithilanchal region of Bihar.
