Will Ranbir Say Yes For Modern Mahabharat?

Raajneeti, directed by prakash jha, was regarded as one of the greatest political thrillers ever produced. The film's captivating plot and screenplay, together with its ensemble star cast, were able to captivate the viewers seated in front of the large screen. ranbir kapoor will play the same character in the sequel that Prakash recently said he is working on.
There won't be a new plot, according to Prakash, who also said that samar Pratap will continue to play a significant role despite his departure from India. He made no other announcements on the return of the original cast members, though. In response, Prakash stated that everything is dependent on the choices made by the talent agencies.

The well-known filmmaker went on to say that considering how things were a few years ago, when producers had to only meet and tell an actor the script, things have changed today. Raajneeti was a production where Ranbir demonstrated that he could play any role, even though many people believe Animal to be one of his greatest efforts to date. The film's popularity at the time was further aided by samar Pratap's unfavorable image. Over the coming years, Ranbir has a large list of ventures planned. Since many other aspects of his character were left unexplored, Raajneeti 2 may also be an excellent fit for him.

The fact that the movie was regarded as the contemporary adaptation of Mahabharat contributed to its popularity as well. The characters were the cause; Ranbir and Ajay's parts were modeled after arjuna and Karna, respectively. Furthermore, since Raajneeti, prakash jha has failed to produce a successful movie. Despite having compelling topics, the films ultimately failed at the box office because viewers were unable to connect with them. The only option for prakash jha to regain his position at the top at this point is Raajneeti 2. It would be interesting to see whether he can produce a fantastic script again like he did the last time.
