Sanjay Singh's big allegation on BJP in cash scandal
Yesterday a day before the voting of maharashtra assembly elections, the cash scandal has created political uproar. BJP's national general secretary Vinod Tawde has been accused of distributing money. Meanwhile, an FIR has been registered against bjp candidate from Nalasopara Rajan Naik for violating the code of conduct after the election campaign ended. The election commission has seized nine lakh cash and some documents. Now AAP mp Sanjay Singh's reaction has come to the fore on this.
Sanjay Singh cornered his bjp on 'X' and wrote, "Adani brings down the maharashtra government by buying MLAs for crores of rupees. bjp forms the government and gives business worth lakhs of crores to adani in Maharashtra. bjp contests elections with Adani's black money. These bundles of notes in the hands of the bjp leader belong to Adani. bjp wants to make maharashtra an "Adani nation".''
This is what Vinod Tawde said in his defence
A case has been registered against Vinod Tawde and Rajan Naik at Tulinj police station. This incident has come to light at a time when voting is to take place tomorrow i.e. on 20th November. Vinod Tawde has now given his clarification in this matter. According to news agency IANS, while talking to the media, Vinod Tawde said, "A meeting was organised in Nalasopara yesterday on the proper observance of the code of conduct in the context of Madan."
Tawde said, "In the meeting, Bahujan Vikas Aghadi workers came and started creating a ruckus. The opposition felt that we were distributing money. The election commission should investigate, the police should investigate, the CCTV footage should be investigated. I have been in politics for 40 years. Everyone knows me. The opposition, frustrated by the immense support the Mahayuti is getting, is trying to make it an issue by making baseless allegations. Still, the election commission should conduct an impartial investigation in this matter. This is my request as well.
