Speaking at the event, Udhayanidhi highlighted the achievements of the DMK regime, noting that it was under their governance that self-respect marriages received legal recognition and women gained property rights.

He also mentioned chief minister M.K. Stalin’s initiatives aimed at women’s economic empowerment, including the Artist Women’s Entitlement Scheme for eligible daughters. "Without the DMK, Tamils would have lost the right to conduct home marriages in Tamil," he remarked.
Later, Udhayanidhi held a meeting with administrators of the Tuticorin North district Pro Team, urging them to focus on election preparations with a target of securing 200 seats in the upcoming assembly elections. He stressed the importance of promoting the Dravidian Model Government’s achievements to the public and recommended monthly meetings at district, union, city, and ward levels. He also advised utilizing social media platforms like facebook and instagram to highlight government initiatives.
Following these events, Udhayanidhi made an unannounced visit to the Tuticorin Revenue district Office. There, he inquired about the status of pending Patta applications and instructed officials to expedite action on petitions.
