Ironically, the topic of the rahul Gandhi-led event in Nagpur, maharashtra, was defending and maintaining the Constitution. The bjp accused the congress party of handing out "blank copies of the Constitution."
The maharashtra bjp shared a social media video that went viral right away, showing books with the words "Constitution of India" printed on the front but with blank pages except from the first page's preamble. However, the congress retaliated against the bjp, accusing it of disseminating a false narrative. congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar explained that everyone who attended the ceremony received a notepad and a pen.

BJP VS congress IN MAHARASHTRA
The governing bjp took advantage of the impending high-stakes maharashtra assembly election to target rahul gandhi and the congress, accusing the party and its leader of being anti-reservation and anti-Constitution.
"Congress wants to do this to the indian Constitution. All of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's legislation should be repealed. rahul gandhi had foreseen that reservations will be eliminated in the interim for this reason," the maharashtra bjp tweeted.
"Remember that revered Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and his constitution are the cornerstone of indian existence and the lives of Indians, not an electoral issue. Thus, the anti-constitutional congress will learn a lesson from the populace.
Another issue that arose was the color of the Constitutional document that rahul gandhi was carrying. devendra fadnavis, the deputy chief minister of maharashtra, criticized gandhi for carrying a "red book," claiming it showed a preference for "urban Naxals and anarchists."
"My accusations against rahul gandhi on his propensity for 'urban Naxals' have come to pass. fadnavis said that he displayed the red book and attempted to get political support from anarchists and urban Naxals. "Rahul gandhi frequently engages in this kind of theatrics. He disparages the Constitution in one way or another every day.
