After the supreme Court's decision on the UP Madarsa Act, Muslim religious leaders and people of the Muslim community have welcomed this decision and called it praiseworthy. Wabandi Ulema Maulana Qari Ishaq Gora said that for a long time, there were many attempts to stop the rights of the Muslim community and to pull their constitution. Whereas the Muslim community needs education very much. But things were visible to stop their education.

The decision that the Honorable supreme court has given regarding the Madarsa Act, we have been saying from the beginning that whatever decision the Honorable supreme court will take, we will accept it with open arms. I thank the honourable supreme court for the decision it has given and all the judges who have heard this decision and I hope that in future also they will give the same kind of decisions they have been giving and will keep giving and our honourable supreme court has a very big role in maintaining the beauty of this country. I thank them a lot.

What did Maulana Qari Ishaq gaura say?

Maulana Qari Ishaq gaura said that when someone makes a mistake then naturally that person goes to the higher level and any issue of any person, whether it is of any community or of any one person, when a matter becomes big then it goes to the higher level. The supreme court understood this thing very well and the decision taken on this is very commendable. The Muslim community is in dire need of education. They should be given maximum authority so that they can get educated. No one should try to stop their education. I appeal to all the leaders and governments to educate Muslims.

Parent and social worker Haji Chand Mian said that we are very happy with the decision of the supreme court and the people of the Muslim community are very happy. Madrasa is a centre of education and a university, some people had filed a petition in the high court by exaggerating it by saying wrong things. We challenged the decision of the high court and the decision came in our favour, we are very happy. Due to this, modern education has been arranged inside the madrasas. Children will study there and progress further by studying.
