NTR Does Something Even Prabhas Couldn’t!

G GOWTHAM
Today, every single Tier-1 star hero aspires to be as successful as Prabhas, who is without a doubt the greatest star in the telugu business. But there has been a problem with all of Prabhas's films: none of them have been a box office success in either of telangana or Andhra Pradesh. Put simply, despite their spectacular box office totals, none of his films—since Baahubali 2—have been able to break even in both telugu states.

Not just Prabhas, but also Tier-2 superstar Nani, who has regularly produced films with little to no certainty, has had a similar issue. Though his films seem popular generally, they don't break even in all parts of the telugu states. Trade conversations have focused on the question of whether telangana films do better in Andhra than they do in telangana, or if the genre itself is to blame.

Devara, on the other hand, has broken even for all purchasers in andhra pradesh and telangana, and is currently the topic of debate in trade. It is the only new release that has generated profits for all telugu consumers. This may be explained by the genre; although Devara's plot is straightforward and ordinary, its large-scale production has improved its visual appeal and appealed to viewers worldwide.

Given the popularity of its theme, pushpa 2 should try to replicate this success in every area of andhra pradesh and Telangana. If ram Charan's Game Changer succeeds, the same holds true. Who will carry on the trend that Devara has brought back into the trade?
