As part of the talks between the two heads of state, a billion-dollar drone deal was signed between india and America. The two leaders also discussed the drone deal in full. It is known that india is showing interest in buying 31 MQ9B Sky Guardian sea Guardian drones from America. The cost of this is three billion dollars. india is saying that these drones are aimed at increasing the surveillance mechanism of the armed forces along the Chinese data-border. Discussions between the two countries have been going on since last year regarding this deal. In june last year, the Ministry of Defense received approval from the US government. Apart from the drone purchases, the indian Navy plans to sign two other major defense deals this year. Three Scorpene submarines and 26 Rafale M fighter jets are expected to be purchased. Meanwhile, Modi made a key announcement at the Quad conference. He said that 40 million vaccine doses will be provided to Indo-Pacific countries. These 40 million vaccine doses will become a ray of hope in the lives of crores of people. He also said that india is ready to share expertise in cervical cancer treatment. He said that india has developed its own vaccine against cervical cancer. It is also introducing a new treatment protocol with AI. He said that india is ready to share its experiences and skills.
