A shocking incident has come to light in Beed district of Maharashtra, where a waiter was beaten up for asking for the bill. The incident happened when the waiter reached the car of the customers with a scanner to pay the bill for the food, but instead of paying the bill, the car riders caught the waiter and dragged him for about a kilometer. After this, the waiter was held hostage all night and beaten. The video of this horrific incident is going viral on social media.

According to the information, three people carried out this incident at a dhaba in Dindrud village near Majalgaon in Beed district. The accused first ate to their heart's content and when the waiter asked them to pay the bill, they asked him to bring a QR code scanner on the pretext of online payment. After this, instead of paying, they sat in their car and started running away.

Also accused of snatching money

When waiter Sheikh Sahil Anusuddin ran towards the car with the scanner, the accused caught him and dragged him to their car. The waiter was beaten up and about Rs 11,500 was snatched from his pocket. After this, he was blindfolded and held hostage at an unknown place, where he was beaten all night.

Finally, the victim was left at Bhaijali Shivara in Dharur taluka on sunday morning. After the incident, the waiter lodged a complaint with the police. The police have registered a case against the main accused Sakharam Janardan Munde and two other unidentified persons and the investigation is underway.
