When will the employees in Himachal get salary? 

himachal pradesh is currently facing an economic crisis. Now cm Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced that the employees in Himachal will be paid salary on september 5 while pension will be given on september 10. This decision has been taken to save the interest amount. This information was given by cm Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in the House. cm Sukhu said that this will save three crore rupees every month.


The cm said that the state government has to take a loan to pay salary to the employees and pension to retired employees. The state government pays interest of three crore rupees on this. The cm said that the state government gets revenue deficit grant from the government of india on the 6th of every month. Apart from this, on the 10th of every month, Rs 740 crore comes from the government of india as the state's share in central taxes. He said that to pay salaries to employees and pension to retired employees, the state government has to take advance loan at an interest rate of 7.5 percent. By this, the state government will save three crore rupees every month and 36 crore rupees every year.


Efforts to avoid interest burden

chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said, "For financial discipline, the present government has tried to map the expenses with revenue receipts, so that by taking loan amount, unnecessary burden of interest can be reduced. In this way, by mapping the expenditure with receipts, the government will save an amount of about 3 crore rupees every month. This arrangement will not be for the boards and corporations of the government, which can take decisions themselves by assessing their resources." Sukhu said that on the basis of permission received from the government of india, only Rs 2 thousand 317 crore is left to raise loan from the market, which the state government will have to use judiciously for the next four months i.e. from september to December.
