In Dholpur district of Rajasthan, two children died due to vomiting and diarrhea and more than half a dozen children have fallen ill. There is panic in the area after this incident. The sick children have been admitted to the hospital while 4 children are undergoing treatment in a private hospital. This incident is from Kotpura village of Mania police station area of Dholpur district, where two children died due to vomiting and diarrhea. According to the villagers, three children suddenly complained of vomiting and diarrhea on saturday (August 24) due to an unknown disease in the village. After this, they were admitted to the hospital for treatment.
Medical team engaged in investigation
After this, children in other different houses of the village suffered from vomiting and diarrhea. The children were admitted to the hospital after complaining of vomiting and diarrhea, where two children died. A medical team has been sent to the village and investigation is being done to find out how such a large number of people got afflicted with vomiting and diarrhea.
district collector ordered investigation
A medical team has been sent to the village through Dholpur district collector Srinidhi BT and investigation is being done. They are trying to find out the reasons for the children falling ill. district collector Srinidhi BT said that a team of the health Department and a PHD team have been sent to collect water samples so that the reason for the children falling ill can be found out. He said that the children admitted in the hospital are being treated under the supervision of senior doctors.
All children are out of danger
Dr. Dharam Singh Mainawat, who reached the hospital on the instructions of the district collector, said that information was received about the admission of sick children in a private hospital in the city. After the instructions of the district collector, the health of these children has been tested. Dr. Dharam Singh Mainawat said that at present all the children are out of danger. He said that prima facie the reason for the children falling sick is believed to be the water source, but only after the lab report comes, it will be known what is the reason for the spread of the disease among the children.
